I don’t have tons and tons of jewelry, largely because I can’t keep up with it! I can find the neatest things at the neatest stores and I’ll wear it once and then it will never be seen again. Wait, I’m wrong. I’ll be in a huge purging fit and I’ll find it in a bag in a box in the closet that I have no idea where it came from and it will be weird, and discolored and I’ll be all like “oh, I remember that thing!”
So I decided to take life by the walls and make a wooden jewelry organizer that I can keep track of all of my pretties AND have a bit of decoration on the wall on my side of the bed.
So I went out and bought some inexpensive wood and used up some scrap this and that from around the house until I have a 100% customized way to keep track of my jewelry. Now, as you can tell from the TONS of jewelry on this thing it’s doing a fabulous job for me :) Just kidding! I have to find the dang stuff before I can hang the dang stuff!
But no matter on that… I have some place to put my new stuff so that it doesn’t get lost immediately and I’m totally digging that. Want to make your own? I promise it’s inexpensive and not that hard at all, though it does look pretty fancy schmancy, iffin’ I do say so myself.
