It should be no surprise that I love sneakers. The cheaper, the better. That way I can do my thing to them and if my thing is an epic craft fail, well, that’s just how the ball bounces.
When I saw these cutie chambray sneakers at Walmart for $5.87 a pair or something I was so excited that I bought some right away. Well, okay, so I kind of went on a trip and forgot to bring any of my luggage. I did remember to bring my laptop and my camera so I guess it’s all about priorities. That first night I had to go and buy EVERYTHING for a full week.
Yep, I got to buy jeans and shirts and socks and undies and deodorant and a toothbrush and the list went on and on. I got a bit more than I really needed to but it was quickly proving to be a very expensive little trip :)
And to be honest, I’m totally glad I forgot my other stuff because these shoes are KILLER and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them already.
So head on over to iLoveToCreate to see how to make your own (super easy, you’ll love it!) Plus a little FYI on taking care of foam sponge pouncers so that they last for ages!
