I always loved pasta. I mean I loved it, loved it, loved it and could eat it several times a week witout complaint. And then I had to go gluten free and things changed drastically. First off, 2 years ago GF noodles where nowhere nearly as good as they are now (and some of them are still AWFUL). And so I went through tons and tons of types of noodles until I found something I could live with. And that is when I realized just how important the sauce was in pasta.
A jar of store-bought pasta sauce was great, don’t get be wrong, but suddenly my homemade limon was the bees knees. It brought those blah noodles with a weird texture into something I could totally live with. And since then I’ve been creating my own sauces as well as trying recipes from books and websites from all around. And today I’m going to share you some perfect pasta recipes that you can totally knock out with store-bought gluten free noodles for a great tasting dish!
