I like purses. I think it goes along with the liking shoes thing. You can gain a gazillion pounds and lose it back again and your shoes and purses will still fit. That’s pretty dang awesome and as such I have a lot of purses. I’ve only got one that was kind of expensive ($100) and I absolutely freaking love it. It’s not a sensible color (the poppy red is so bright and beautiful!) but it is gorgeous and so soft and perfect to carry just what you need and prevent you from overloading and walking around with an aching neck and back all day.
But back to the purse at hand! This little Latico bag taught me that I really can do well with such a small bag. I can carry all of my essentials and it’s light as a feather across my shoulder. And when I saw these smallish crossbody purses at Walmart I knew I wanted one for my adventures where I didn’t want to carry my “nice” bag like to the beach.
So I snapped that purse up and painted flowers on it. Because denim and florals are hot and it’s almost spring and I am so ready for it. Over at iLoveToCreate I’ll show you how to paint these super easy but cute flowers step by step that work so well for a handmade pattern!
And you can plop it onto a purse or anything you please! Paired with a favorite sweatshirt, since it isn’t quite spring, yet, and you are styling! DIY Floral Denim Crossbody Purse at iLoveToCreateWritten by Allison Murray - Visit Website
