Remember a few link parties ago the Melissa from Two It Yourself? Well, after lots of emails back and forth and whatnot we decided that we get on like a house on fire and work well together to boot. So I’m very excited to announce that Dream a Little Bigger and Two It Yourself are permanently pairing up on Link It or Lump It to bring you one super awesome link party every week!
This is so great because your projects are going to be linked up on TWO different blogs and you’ll have TWO different opportunities to be selected as a featured favorite! So be sure to visit the link party here at Dream a Little Bigger and over there at Two It Yourself each week to see if you’ve taken home one of the honors!
So everybody give Melissa a super big welcome and prepare to rock out another awesome link party this week!
Here we go…
First of all, isn’t this just about the most gorgeous lil miss you’ve ever seen? And check out that pretty banner behind her. Get a great tutorial for making paper garland from this sweetie’s mama at Marvelous Mommy. If you’ve ever been worried about running paper through a sewing machine, this tute will put you at ease and if you have a cutting machine you’ll have this project done in NO TIME FLAT! I love ripple afghans and this one from Happy in Red is no exception (and what an awesome blog name, huh?) While there is no pattern available on this particular post, the colors used make this post one of my favorites this week! Head on over to check it out (and a lot of other great crochet blankets).
When I was a little girl I DREAMED of having a home like Penny’s romantic, country cottage (she has a chandelier in her kitchen, people). She’s gone all out, and I do mean all out on a haunted dining room. Head on over and I’m sure you’ll want to stay awhile! Haunted Dining Room at Penny’s Vintage Home.
Working with wire is something that I really, really want to try out. I especially want to make my own fancy earwires like these fantastic ones you see here by Rena Klingenberg Jewelry Making Journal. The process looks so easy and you have to say that the results are amazing. Easy Fancy Earwires Tutorial.
The second I saw this in the list of links I just knew that it was a bridal bouquet. Color me surprised when it was a super fancy fall pumpkin! While this felted pumpkin from delineate your dwelling is time intensive the results are worth the effort! Felt Pumpkin.
Now I don’t use Blogger, but this post from Lamberts Lately has brought such an interesting little blogging tool to my notice. I didn’t even know that there was such a thing as Rich Pins on Pinterest, but I’m going to figure out how to use them on WordPress quicksmart! How to Use Pinterest’s Rich Pins on a Blogger Blog.
This last week was a MASSIVE link party and such a huge success. Thanks so much to all of you who entered – we had a whopping 46 links by the 9th link party. That’s so exciting and I’m so thankful to all of you :)
Share the love, grab a button!
The RULES – because, well, why not:
- Link anything you made yourself but nothing that is available for sale. (you don’t have to have a blog or site just leave that bit empty or link up your Facebook profile, etc.)
- Link back to Dream a Little Bigger to be considered for next week’s feature roundup! (you can grab that awesome button up there – hubba hubba!)
- Click through one or two of your favorite links and leave some comment love!
- Entries are randomly placed so that everyone gets top billing. I HATE when I get to a party late and my links get stuck somewhere in the middle! Well, that’s not gonna happen here, folks!
