Kiriki Press is the sweetest little embroidery shop that offers handcrafted embroidery kits that combines basic stitches and contemporary style into one awesome little project.

The patterns are finely detailed and come in the cutest creatures you’ve ever seen. Plus, they come in a variety of skill levels from Level 1-3 so everyone can get in on the fun. Newbies can get involved without the frustration of more difficult stitches. And seasoned embroiderers won’t need to worry or the boredom that can come with a bevy of basic stitches.

Level two is middle of the road and I am insanely in love with this sweet bear. (though not currently available in the shop, I’m keeping my eyes peeled for if they are!) Ignore me, the bear is available!

The patterns are screen printed with cheerful water-based inks onto fabric so there’s no transferring your lines to get started.

Besides the embroidery, Kiriki Press offers an everything you could possibly need starter kit. I was lucky enough to receive a starter kit to check out and review in the sweet, sloth pattern.

The kit has everything you could possibly need including the hoop, needles, stuffing, patterned fabric and twice as much floss as you’ll need (just in case). The kitty crafting assistant, however, is not included. Visit your local shelter for one of these guys.

I was already excited about this kit before I got it, but when I opened it up to get going, I fell in love with the kit simply because it’s not some cheap, dinky set. Everything is quality, including these awesome crane nippers. Yes, I was impressed enough with these golden beauties that I snapped a picture just to show how much I truly loved them! It was at that moment that I knew that these kits would make such an awesome gift for anyone crafty.

Now comes the fun part – enter for a chance to win your own Kiriki Press starter kit in your choice of pattern to either keep and embroider yourself, of give as an amazing gift.

The barn owl is my absolute favorite, but my skill set is more suited to the fox. :)

I think I would choose the bear or the horned Owl, If I win I’ll leave it up to my son to choose since I would give the finished doll to him.

Oh my gosh these are the best thing ever. If I won I would probably pick the monkey (cos it reminds me of this awesome <a monkey park I went to) but then buy the rest myself, lol

OMG, I don’t know which kit I would choose. I think maybe the sloth, because how often do you embroider a sloth! The kits are all so cute. So much so, that if I did win one, I’m not sure I’d be able to give it away.
