Jellys are Back!

This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Jelly Beans but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #JellysAreBack  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

I was crazy about jelly shoes when I was a kid. In fact my grandmother used my love of jelly shoes in order to get me to comply with any number of things that I’d otherwise raise stink about. Went to the dentist without kicking and screaming? Immediately after you’d find me digging out a pair of transparent purple glitter jellys with a huge smile on my swollen mouth!

I had pairs upon pairs upon pairs. And in highschool when they came back for a short time, I had pairs upon pairs upon pairs all over again! So with jelly shoes coming back into style, you know I had to get all over it!

Jelly Beans are cute, comfy jelly shoes (not like the stiff, kind of painful ones I remember!) and they come in several colors and I had a hard time choosing! While in the end, I chose the black, I also loved, loved, LOVED the navy blue, red and clear glitter.

And speaking of patriotism, Jelly Beans  are now shipping out of the U.S. so you’ll get them quick, quick!

Now how will I style my new jellys? My style doesn’t normally come up in bloggy conversation around here. Mostly because my style is whatever is comfortable and whatever is clean. After all, I work from home.

But sometimes I have to leave this place I live, eat, sleep and work and on those occasions I prefer to NOT look like a total slob, thank you very much! But I still dig comfort. Which is why I dig maxi skirts and loose tops, check it:

I’m pairing my new black Jellys with a long black maxi skirt (sooo comfy!) and a super comfy cut out top I ordered from Zara. Pair it with a few midi rings and I think that I’m totally set!

And if you just have to have another reason, look at the cute packaging complete with a little bag of jelly beans! If you’re looking for a great gift, I think a pair of these would be great and packaged like this, it’s perfect!

I love my Jellys because I can wear them with my long maxi and they look kind of dressy…

But they’re also perfect to wear to the lake!

Jelly Beans come in both kids and adult sizes. To keep up with what’s going down over at Jelly Beans follow them on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest!

I remember jellies! They are actually pretty cool, and I love you can wear them outdoors! They look pretty similar to the women shoes i just got! So cute.

They look very similar, Katie. The greatest bit about my jellies is that I can wear them in the water at the lake! When I’m tromping after my nephews I sometimes wind up running through all kinds of stuff like that…

    Hi Allison
Love your site – some many gorgeous things to try out and so little time. I like the Jelly Bean shoes too, but I was a bit disappointed – the picture made me think that you were going to decorate the shoes with actual jelly beans. Lol – still cool styling with the skirt and top :-)

Ha! Jelly beans on shoes could be a lot of fun, or really sticky! Glad you like the outfit and the shoes. I’ll brainstorm on some candy kicks to DIY for you :)
