So I saw a baby with a tee shirt on that said “I’m with Cupid” with an arrow pointing to his momma who was holding him at Walmart. And I pointed over at him and I asked Rob “If I made you a shirt like that would you wear it? Would you let me take your picture in it for the blog?”
And when he said yes we instantly went over to the apparel department and snagged up a few tee shirts. Now it took me forever to get my behind in gear and get my Valentine crafts done. That’s why this sucker is coming so close to the actual holiday. For some reason this year I was kind of dreading the whole hearts and whatnot. And I’ve been busy just doing other crafts and things. No real reason why but sometimes do you ever just really not want to do something?
For me it’s normally laundry or dishes. Ha! Let’s face it I didn’t want to V-Day craft OR do the laundry and dishes :) Sometimes I just get this weird thing where I don’t want to do something. And it might even be something I love. But I put it off and off and off and here we are 2 days before Valentine’s Day and I’m just now sharing an awesome shirt you can make. Good news is this is a super quick project. Grab the Silhouette cut files and cut them and iron them onto tees. Bing, bang, boom.
And while my Mr. Rob did, indeed, pose for pictures, some of which had Ollie as Cupid next to him, it was in poor lighting and none of them came out. He even snapped a few pics of me but every one was fuzzy. Perhaps next time I’ll get my act together and we can snap pics in proper daylight :)
Here is the more girly/feminine version that I cut onto white heat transfer vinyl I ironed onto a hot pink tee. I’m with Cupid Girly Cut File.
And here’s the less girly, I suppose more manly, version :) I’m with Cupid Manly Cut File.
Ah, anyway. It’s free and I hope you enjoy it. Perhaps it will give you as big of a smile as it gave me :) If it’s too late for you this year, perhaps you can pin it for next year? Happy Valentine’s Day!
