Thanks tofor sponsoring this month’s collection of healthier recipes to help clean up my diet in 2015!
I cook badly. Wait. I’m an awesome cook BUT I cook food that isn’t healthy. After years and years of learning I’m keen to fry just about anything that crosses my path be it meat, produce or even dessert.
In 2015 I’ve decided to start eating healthier, inspired by someone who already eats way better than I ever have. And the only way to eat better (for me at least) is to cook better. Gone will be the deep fat fryer and gone will be the Paula Deen butter equivalents from my recipes.
But in order to start cooking healthier, I need to see how it’s done. I need some inspiration! And with the amazing-ness that is the internet these days, there are no limits to the types of recipes I can find to make for me and mine. My hope is that someday cooking healthfully comes naturally to me and I’ll be able to make my own recipes, or maybe skinny up some of the ones I’ve had and cherished for years.
Healthy food equals a healthy body, right? Head on over to Foodie to check out my most recent compilation of recipes. This time there aren’t cookies or otherwise bad for you things going down… this is over 20 healthy recipes that look fresh, amazing and completely doable without fancy cooking equipment.
