I have a tendency to make things more difficult than they need to be. I don’t know why. I don’t know how. But sometimes things spiral into such a difficult and crazy thing and I have absolutely no clue how in the world we could have possibly gotten where we are. Crazy, right?
So when I am actually able to keep it simple I’m pretty proud of myself :) A small thing, to be sure, but just adding glitter and a bow or flowers I turned some simple baskets into lovely, girly little Easter dreams! Well, maybe that’s laying it on a bit thick but I am seriously digging the end results of my Embellished Easter Baskets over at Mom Spark.
I played with glitter and a spring inspired, sort of ombre, cluster of flowers to make a basket that is so pretty that it is totally holding all of the living room remotes together because I just love it that much.
And who knew a bow could do so much for a simple basket? I worried that this would be too simple, too basic, but this pretty pink basket with a pretty, colorful bow just might be my favorite. Head on over to Mom Spark to see how to easily and inexpensively embellish your Easter baskets!
