How to Make Felt Animal Masks at Mom Spark!

Sometimes kids don’t want to be what is popular in the Halloween section of the local super store. I should know.

And for those kids I’ve got some great news (well, maybe not for their crafty parent, auntie or friend) – a mask can be made out of felt for just about any animal out there!

The end result is super cute, because, well, anything with visible hand stitching is ADORABLE if you ask me. But it’s also unique. And it’s comfy. None of those elastic ropes digging into the tender sides of this kiddo’s face. And if you’re wondering why of all the animals in the world I chose to make a raccoon mask, well:

And if your kid doesn’t dig raccoons, I also share the how to of how I develop these fun masks including my incredibly basic but totally functional mask making template. Check it out! How to make a felt animal mask at Mom Spark!
