Some days I can’t even believe how busy I’ve been. It seems I can surprise even myself with the amount of STUFF I’ll take on. I still have contributor work to do for other sites, like this fab beaded stack bracelet I made for Mom Spark this week AND I’m tackling a new project… but more on that later, today DIY jewelry’s the ticket!
I originally wanted to make a stack of real stone bracelets. I’ve been hearing that there can be mystical properties to some stones and I’ve heard people who will absolutely swear by them. To be honest, I don’t know if I believe in all of that but the idea seems quite lovely. But when I headed into town to the only craft store around I could only find glass beads. Well, that would just have to do for now.
I’ve since found TONS of good looking gemstone and semi-precious beads that I can use in the future but after adding them to my cart I wound up abandoning it. I mean, these are dang pretty and I’m really pleased with them. Who cares what they are made out of, right? If they look good, they look good so I’m not going to stress on it any more. Boom! Look at those beauties! Make your own beaded stack bracelet set over at Mom Spark!
