Yay for entries into link parties! I had a handful of entries last week and I’m so pleased with them all. Check out my two favorites!
You’ve seen Lauren on the blog here before with her Sophia Loren-esque vintage handbag makeover and now as a top three in the link party! This sweet vintage mason jar inspired art is drawn with Silhouette sketch pens. Now I have a Silhouette and I got some of those suckers with it but had no idea how to use them and didn’t look very hard to find out. When I saw this post I knew it meant I’m destined to start sketching like mad with my Silhouette. Check out this great post and Lauren’s blog, The Thinking Closet, to learn more about this fun, funny and very crafty lady.
I always need a good pincushion because I’m either losing mine myself or the cats are walking off with them, effectively losing them as well. So when I saw this nifty idea to make a pincushion ring, I was instantly interested. This great post comes from Buttons and Paint, a blog lovingly created by two friends from Reading, UK whose ladies’ night would often become a craft party for two. They decided to channel their love for all things crafty in their blog, and it’s a lot of fun!
Follow Buttons and Paint:
So here’s the deal:
- Link anything you made yourself but nothing that is available for sale. (you don’t have to have a blog or site just leave that bit empty or link up your Facebook profile, etc.)
- Link back to Dream a Little Bigger to be considered for next week’s feature roundup! (you can grab that awesome button up there – hubba hubba!)
- Click through one or two of your favorites and leave some comment love!
- Entries are randomly placed so that everyone gets top billing. I HATE when I get to a party late and my links get stuck somewhere in the middle! Well, that’s not gonna happen here, folks!
As a prize of sorts, every featured post will get a link to their blog (great for page rank!) plus a short little bio and their social media links. So what are you waiting for? This party can’t start without attendees!
I often link up at these parties.
