I am totally dorking out on you today. So I’m back at it. At least for a little while before I cut back out of town for a while and I can’t get Without Me by Eminem out of my head. It’s. Just. Stuck. There. Guess whose back?
AND guess who was featured by Fancy Feast at their new and totally fab for cat lovers blog, Daily Fancies. If you haven’t already guessed me, well, I don’t know what to tell you. But it is me! It was so much fun being a part of the series and I gotta tell you, Fancy Feast gives out some awesome swag. Be still this crafty cat lady’s beating heart for real y’all. Head on over to Daily Fancies to give it a read.
Is there more to share? Probably but I’m in a snit today so let’s just get on with the fabulous features I’ve chosen for you. Oh, and be warned.. I’ll not be sharing my faves next week but doubling up the week after yet again. Instead of typing posts I’ll be floating on the lake or, more like screaming down a zip line after being goaded by my two nephews. And just so you know, prior to me needing to leave within 24 hours I was so stoked about the zipline and talked about it incessantly. So it’s not the boys fault that I’m in possible panic attack mode just thinking about that silly thing!
Like I said before… let’s hit it!

Ooh, but wait. We have a very special guest host this week! I’ll let her introduce herself…
Hi, I’m Lila, a mommy blogger who loves to take pictures, tackle new creative projects and share my experiences with others. I am a wife to an amazing God-fearing man and a mommy to a beautiful little girl. I love all things blog…reading them, writing them and pinning them. I have alot to learn in the blogging world, but love a challenge that helps me grow!
Remember… If you want to pin these lovely projects or tweet them out to your followers, click through and share them from the original site. Give some love to those who worked hard on their amazing projects!
I’m really into thrifting right now so seeing something turn from a thing collecting dust in the back of a closet to a show-stopping accessory I’m intrigued. Throw in that awesome coral and teal color palette and I’m crazy jealous of the crafty genius at Bisozozo. Nail Polish and Fabric Clutch Retouch
I’ve only ever had marshmallow fluff out of a jar which is amazing stuff. I’ve only gotten after the stuff with just a spoon once but let’s forget about all of that and concentrate on what has to be so much better than the only marshmallow fluff I’ve ever know, because this fluff from Confectionalism is HOMEMADE FLUFF. Awesome! Marshmallow Creme Recipe
I absolutely adore this fun, stamped clay bowl. In fact out of all of the tutorials I’ve been seeing, I think this simple letter adorned one from Elizabeth Joan Designs is definitely my fave. Monogrammed Stamped Clay.
When I was a kid I hated sugar cookies. Probably because it was the most common cookie my mom bought so I got bored of them or something. But as an adult. I love them. So good. And past aversions aside, even the kid inside me wants to try these amazing looking cupcakes that totally remind me of sugar cookies from This Silly Girl’s Life. Cinnamon Sugar Cupcakes
I love citrus flavors. I also love that weird little crunch poppy seeds bring to baked goods. So good! I think that these cookies from Over the Apple Tree are the ones I’ve wanted to make most in, like, forever. Totally obsessed. Orange Poppy Seed Cookies
Sometimes a project comes along that just leaves you stunned. And this pendant by RaChil from The Cwafty Blog is just that. Toeing the line between science and art, this project is fun, gorgeous and science fair worthy! Grow Your Own Crystal Necklace
As far as I’m concerned these Ballard Designs knock off paintings look like the real deal. Follow along with Provident Home Design and see just how to make these yourself. You just might be very, very surprised at how simple it is! Ballard Designs Knockoff Paintings
Cross body bags are the BEST… period, end of. Far after they’ve gone out of style I’ll continue to carry them because they’re just that awesome. This little pouch is super cute, features pompoms (ohmygoodnessmeohmy) and I want one. Get the deets by Marni at Haberdashery Fun. Cross Body Bag with Pom Poms
This looks an awful lot like flan, which is one of the most amazing things in the world. But, as I read in the post over at Titi Crafty, this is different. And I can only assume by different, Camila means better. I’m desperate to try this traditional Venezuelan dish and looking for a tin just for that very purpose! Quesillo, a Traditional Venezuelan Dessert
