Hello there! Elena’s here aagain. And I’m kind of happy today, because it finally starts to warm up outside here in my part of Germany. Although it still rains every other day … at least that’s how it feels! :(
But, nevertheless, it finally feels like spring and sometimes even like summer. Because of that I thought I’d collect botanical ideas for you all to celebrate the warm days:
(Please remeber to pin the individual ideas from their original site)
These roses are made from coffee filters. Altghough I am still not convinced that they aren’t real because they definitely look like they are!
There’s also the possibility to give your smartphone-case a floral makeover:
To get the flowers for this DIY you’d need to press some – and here’s also a little tutorial on how to build your own press!
Isn’t this giant daisy stunning?
(Don’t worry that the blog look Spanish, the video tutrial has English subtitles!)
If you have A LOT of time, you could craft this card:
(He has templates for download!)
Moving on to the real plants and the outdoors – I’d love such a vertical flower bed. It can hold a lot of colorful flowers but doesn’t use up much space… (I can also imaine this with an old pallet!)
The same goes for this topsy turvy flower planter, which also looks so funny!
And if blank terracotta pots are a bit boring for you, why not make them more colorful with fabric?
(Although that makes them probably not perfectly usable for outside… Not sure though.)
So, for the inside of our homes let’s never forget succulents! Especially in some recycled things used as pots!
I hope you all now want to hase as many flowers & plants at your home as possible. See you next time, until then you can always meet me at my blog! :)Written by Elena - Visit Website
